Indore Swayam Siddh Mahila Co-operative bank is governed by women. The bank provides banking facilities for both men and women. It is situated in Navneet Plaza, Old Palasia region of Indore city.The bank was established by Honorable Mrs. Archana Chitnis with the support provided by the group of ladies, with a common aim to institute the bank working for the upliftment and development of Women and Old age.
Founded on 22.05.1998 and thus was registered with Reserve Bank of India on 20.11.1998 from this the necessary licenses were obtained on 07.01.1999. Initially the bank was started with a membership of 2200 members and 22 lakhs worth of deposits in the bank which has gradually increased upto 5707 members and 200 lakhs worth of deposits.
